1.Pressure Build-Up: When hydrogen is generated inside the bottle, it creates internal pressure. While our bottles are designed to withstand and maintain this pressure safely, a small release may occur by design to prevent cracking of the glass canister, the leak is designed as a safety mechanism to release excess pressure. 

How to Manage It:To help release pressure manually and reduce the chance of leaks, simply loosen the lid slightly to allow the gas to escape. Once the pressure has equalized, you can tighten the lid and continue using the bottle as normal.

2. Seal and Gasket Issues: Leaks can sometimes occur if the seal or gasket is not properly positioned. During cleaning, the gasket is designed to detach from the bottle for thorough maintenance. When reassembling, simply place the gasket back into the lid, ensuring it is laid flat and sits evenly without any twists or folds. A properly fitted gasket is essential for maintaining a secure, leak-free seal.
