Refund policy
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at hello@hydroinvigorate.com within 14 days of receiving the product. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund. You will be asked to provide a video (as an attachment, directly attached to the email) and photos to support your claim along with the receipt and order number for proof of purchase. All requested evidence must be submitted within 5 days of your initial contact. Additional information may be requested if needed to accesses the product.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s)
- The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that where included.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise advised.
To start a return, you can log into your account with us and initiate a return on your order, or contact us at hello@hydroinvigorate.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hydro Invigorate 85 Grose Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. Payment for the returned item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
